Warranty Registration and Claims

Warranty Coverage

Evofash provides the following warranty coverage:

Heated Apparel

  • Duration: 2-year limited warranty on heating elements and 1-year limited warranty on batteries.
  • Products Covered: Jackets, vests, hoodies, and parkas purchased through evofash.com.

Heated Accessories

  • Duration: 1-year limited warranty on both heating elements and batteries.
  • Products Covered: Socks, gloves, scarves, seat cushions, and hand warmers.

Authorized Retailer Purchases

Products acquired from authorized retailers, including amazon.com, are also covered by a 1-year limited warranty on heating elements and batteries.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable, and proof of purchase from evofash.com or an authorized retailer is required for warranty service. Items purchased from unauthorized channels or unofficial outlets are not eligible for coverage.


Warranty for Open-Box Items

Open-box items, resulting from customer returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, undergo a stringent quality control process. These items are provided in unworn, fully functional condition and are covered for up to 6 months from the purchase date against defects or malfunctions in electronic components and batteries.

Note: This warranty is non-transferable, and proof of purchase from evofash.com or an authorized retailer is required for warranty service. Open-box purchases from unauthorized channels or unofficial outlets are not covered.


Gift Warranty

If you have the purchaser's name, email, and order number, you are entitled to the same warranty benefits as the original purchaser. To initiate a warranty claim, complete the Warranty Claim Form with the necessary purchase information.

If you do not have the original order details, locate the serial number (S/N) beneath the care label (as shown in the accompanying image) and use this number as your order ID to register for a 1-year warranty.


Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including damage to fabric, zippers, and other accessories.
  • Incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) arising from the product, regardless of warranty status.
  • Damage to the heating system and components due to misuse, noncompliance with washing instructions, flooding, accidental fire, unauthorized repairs, or negligence.
  • Commercial use.
  • Personal modifications not authorized by Evofash, such as embroidery or alterations made to heated clothing.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Evofash reserves the right to decide whether to repair, replace, or issue store credit for any product under warranty. You may be required to return the product during the warranty period, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with both return and replacement.
