Return Policy

  • Outlet items, final sale items, stickers, coasters, tote bags, and free gift items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Items must be brand new and unworn with tags to be eligible for return or exchange within 180 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and reject any returns if items are not in their original condition (brand new and unworn with tags).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Only items purchased directly from evofash.com are eligible for return or exchange through our Return Center. If your purchase was made through another channel, please contact your original vendor for assistance.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service at service@evofash.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with an RMA form.
  3. Print the RMA form and include it in your return package.
  4. Once your returned package is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers outside of the United States are responsible for the return shipping costs. You will need to ship the products back to the specified warehouse in your country at your expense.
